Full backup/restore (or ability to transfer more details)
I'm switching from an HD-16 to a Pro 16. I restored a backup, after initial setup of the Pro. That worked, but wasn't really intuitive. But, like I said, it worked, so thank you for that option.
What didn't show up was watering information, and probably no historical weather data (not sure how much of that is stored).
After some searching, and playing around with the API, I (blindly) sent the "rainmachine-main.sqlite" file, from the old device, via the /dev/import/waterlog endpoint. Is that the correct file? Should there be more? I do see historical watering info, now, but the icons don't show properly (all values in the html elements are "z", so I see an image of N/A).
Also, when I query the endpoint "/watering/available/2017-01-01/2000", I get an empty array for the "availableWaterValues" property. On my old machine, there are 6,049 entries.
Ultimately, I'm looking for a way to completely transfer info from one device to another. I realize that the Pro 16 uid values are shifted, because of the dedicate Master Valve. But it would be great if the backup/restore brought over historical data, in addition to settings. Or, at least have an article with details on what's needed to transfer that data, if someone wants to do so.
Any help, pointing me in the correct direction, would be appreciated. If it involves editing entries in the DB file, prior to importing, I'm OK with that, as well. I just want to avoid losing historical information during the switch.
Thanks, in advance.
