    Hi, Hans
    Would you please try to connect to your RainMachine device using remote access? See if there is lag connecting from the outside (4G or other Wi-Fi networks). Use RainMachine mobile app or web app (https://my.rainmachine.com).
    If there are no issues connecting remotely, then you should ignore the "POOR" message for the wi-fi signal and trust the PING.
