    James,

          It sounds like the terminal for the master is locked in the on position. I want to congratulate you on divining all the steps on your own. You must be a technically minded individual. It also sounds like you are still in warranty. I am opening a ticket for you and you should have an email shortly over this issue. With the temps going up if you can respond as soon as you see this I will make sure to get the ball rolling for you so you don't have to do any hand watering when the temps go up.

    Jarrod,

    I appreciate the quick reply and I will definitely keep an eye out for that email. I also appreciate the kudos... especially since the only thing that prevented me from cracking the case open and testing the board was the possibility that I would have to send it back.

    James,

        It was sent on the 18th of may. We basically asked you to reply to the email with a copy of your electronic receipt so we could verify your purchase date and send out a replacement unit. I will resend the email to you. It was at the same email you used to contact us on Wednesday so you might check your spam filter and I will send it out to you a second time. If for some reason you still dont get it I would suggest you call in to us at 844-497-8707.
