Rainmachine 8 and App show system is running but sprinklers are not watering

    We need to look into either the unit is not producing power when turned on or more likely something is wrong with the wiring. 

    If we take a volt meter, we can test this and test for 24vac when a zone is activated. Some times a short will give you false readings as well, its best to unplug wires from the Mini 8, and use a couple of short wires to use to test a running zone for power. 1 tip would go to the activated zone, and the other tip would go to the c (common) terminal.

    As soon as you changed the Email to your email it stopped powering zones?

    Thanks Brandon for the response.

    So, I finally got the system running. Dave, this is what I did and it is as simple as just resetting the Rainmachine 8 wall panel three - four times until it finally synced up with the irrigation. Might also have to reset the phone app to factory restore as well. Not sure if it is a bug with the software, but so far it has been watering this week. Hope this helps.

    I just had the same exact issue…didn’t change owners, had it running since 2016. But about 10 days ago I cha fed my two programs so that two of my zones wouldn’t run at all. Since then, nothing runs at all. The app and the device both show it runs the schedule but the sprinklers never come on. I can manually turn on the sprinklers at the line… in the app, even through it shows the program running, the history shows the sprinklers didn’t actually spray anything. It’s weird.
