PRO-8 not connected to wifi network

Hi guys, 

I am not able to connect my PRO-8 to wifi. Even if the PRO-8 show network status connected to wifi (signal GOOD), the AP does not seen it and the IoS app provide only Remote Access with Offline status.

I have tried to reboot all the APs and switch with no luck. All my other wifi devices works fine.

The only way to connect the PRO-8 to internet and make the App working is the LAN connection.

firmware: 4.0.1152

  Hi Jakub,

  It seems like your RainMachine is not connected and you can't access it remotely.

  Please write a ticket to support and we will help You with this case.
