Rain machine touch 16 won't turn on

Looked through previous post but no answer solved issue. I unwired stations and power cycled controller but didn't work. Tried pushing reset button just to see and held down a few seconds. Selling house and need to get this working. Just stopped working this month. I thought it was a gfci issue but confirmed I have voltage. 28.7 at controller

  I would buy a new one but all out of stock. Any solution other than going to a different controller and company?
