Rainmachine HD-12 Controller is connected but can't be accessed from app (Android).
Hi all and Rainmachine Tech Support agents,
We have Rainmachine Premium subscription. Until a few weeks ago, I have been unable to access our Rainmachine HD-12 Controller through the Rainmachine app on my Android phone. When I check on the Controller under Network, it always shows the controller is connected to our home WIFI network (however, the connected speed shows up as 0, which I don't know what it means). The strange thing is I seem to be able to access the controller via Rainmachine Web site.
This issue seems to have happened in probably the last 2 months or so since I was abble to use my cell phone to turn on zones during irrigation turn-on appointment in April.

We can see that you already opened a support ticket and our colleagues replied to you.
On the RainMachine Android app, go to menu and choose "Sign in" then tap on "Sign in with RainMachine" and enter your Premium Services email address and one of your RainMachine device password and add the account into the app.
If you already have the account added, then remove it from the app and add it again.Hope this helps
