Remote watering is not possible even with a paid account , it says conected remotely , but only shows demo rain machine

    Hi,
    We checked and your RainMachine Touch HD-16 associated with your Premium Services email account is online and accessible.
    All you need to do is to sign in with your email address (nick@m******k.**) and the RainMachine Touch HD-16 password on the RainMachine mobile app.
    To do that, tap on the upper menu button and choose "Sign In/Accounts"
    Enter your email address and RainMachine Touch HD-16 password
    Tap on "Sign in with RainMachine"
    Once you go back to DEVICES screen, your RainMachine Touch HD-16 name will be listed under REMOTE ACCESS section.
    Tap on it and enter its password again.
    If successful, you will be able to access and control your RainMachine device.

    Also you can try to sign in with the same account on the RainMachine Web app here https://my.rainmachine.com

    I'm having the same issue. I have three controllers and none of them show up. I bought the last one recently to finally convert my entire system.
