local access asking for password but I've never set one

I can do everything in the rain machines physical box but the app that used to work now prompts me for a password.  However, I've NEVER set a password for this thing.  How do I fix this?

  Hello,

   

  Please follow the instructions below to reset your password.

   

  On your RainMachine HD, go to:

   

  Wrench --> System --> Remote Access

   

  Click on Remote Access:

   

  -Enter a password for your device. (By default, (*****) five stars will be shown for the password, regardless of how long the password you entered is.

  that worked!  the password reset threw me off a bit because it wanted an email address also which was weird.
