Touch HD 12 will not turn on.

My Touch HD 12 has been working fine for 5 years, then today it wouldn't respond. I've tried re-booting by unplugging and plugging back in and also clicking the reset button. One green light on the left so I know it's getting power. Any ideas?

  Same exact thing happening to my HD12.
