As soon as I get any distance away from my house in the yard my Android phone switches over to mobile data from WIFI.  In doing so, it tries to force Remote Access which I otherwise have no use for.  I can manually disable Mobile Data on my phone to force WIFI and it works but must do so every time I'm walking around my yard to service sprinklers.  I would like a option to use WIFI only so I do not have to do it manually every time I maintain my sprinklers.
