I have a zone of all potted plants. Is there a zone for this?
I have a zone in my backyard that is entirely for my potted plants and small potted trees. I live in California and obviously the pots dry out much faster than the ground. There does not appear to be a setting for this in zones, and I'm just a home gardener. I have no idea what field capacity is or what I would need to do to differentiate this zone's needs from my in-ground plants.
Can anyone offer suggestions? Thank you!

The controller is capable of handling that very well but it takes a bit of calculation and potentially adding or changing drip heads. I have a similar setup on mine. If all of your pots are the same size, it is much easier. I have a mix of 3 and 5 gallon pots on my zone. The 5 gallon pots have an adjustable bubbler running about 4gph and the 3 gallon pots have a 1gph emitter. You need to take into consideration how root bound your plants are and when you last repotted them, the size of the pots, and the type and flow rate of your drip heads or bubblers.
