program randomly running twice

I have a program that is scheduled to run once every other day. However on some random occasions, it will run twice back-to-back. Why is this happening, and how can I make it stop?

  Hi.
  Please delete the program and create it again from scratch.
  It shouldn't run twice. If it still does, try to avoid the "start/finish time before sunrise" and use a "time of the day", but first delete the program and create it again.
