Better Reporting (via email)

    You can use the REST API to get the information you seek; then whatever system is requesting the data it can put it into a PDF if you wanted too.

    1) You don't get emails today; you just get alerts.  So adding in sending an email would take some work.

     

    2) What you describe costs money.  Paying for cloud based servers to collect and email reports are not free.  There has been at least one smart irrigation controller that had to move to a monthly or yearly fee to start covering costs.  I'd prefer to keep the service fee than to add things that cost money.  Maybe they should offer a premium subscription service that includes PDF.

     

    3) Don't want community support, then contact RM via email.  Now I know in the future, don't reply to your posts even if if there is a really easy solution.  When Randy has a problem, it is just that, a problem Randy has and can deal with!  Maybe RainMachine should add into the forum software to ignore other users...like Randy!
