Rain Machine sensitivity issues
I have 6 different weather stations attached to my account to predict weather so my sprinklers can adjust accordingly. I have recently gotten weather where the upcoming predicted amount is going to be well beyond what I need for that week. I would assume that my machine would account for this and not run them. Despite this (and despite that weather forecast(s) being dead on), my machine still waters 100 percent. It runs during a downpour, as an example. I know a rain sensor that is wired to the device can fix this during active rain, but I was under the impression that the machine should be factoring in forecasts, averaging those out, and then adjusting watering based on that. My machine is not doing that. Any ideas? I checked my rain sensitivity and it's at 100 percent. All my programs are weather-adapted as well. My machine used to do a pretty decent job of this a year or two ago. No hardware issues and the app and the machine have current updates.
