    Hi
We recommend using the weather service that is the most accurate in your testings and logs.
Check the RainMachine Web app and go to each of your zones and check their settings like Field Capacity and Soil Water Surplus.
Also when you access Settings - Watering History you should see the reason why the program didn't start.

    Hope this helps
    Thank you

I use the app in  german language. Field Capacity I never touched, it is 21,9mm and Soil Water Surplus is 0% (in German "Feldkapazität" und the following Parameter in %, right?). In the "Watering History" it just says, 'saved water amount: 1,23 m3' but not a specific reason.

But I'm pretty sure it's the wrong forecast. Because I saw in the App a forecast of rain for a few days in a row, when actually in the weather app I use ('wetteronline.de') there was no forecast for rain, and there also was no rain. I checked the Log of  the rain forecast. The parameter 'observed' is also often pretty wrong. I cannot see which 'Wettedienst' is responsible for the wrong forecast.

But without a pretty good forecast and observed, the Rainmachine is somehow with low benefit.
