cant access basic control

I cant get past screen wanting me to use the premium app.  I don't want that.  How do I get to the basic control screen?

  Hello,

  Without Premium you can only access your controller when you're on the same network. 
  Once you're on the same network as your RainMachine controller, please follow the instructions below. 

  On your RainMachine HD, tap on the screen and then go to:
  Wrench > System > Wi-Fi
  Right above the name of your Wi-Fi network you will see something similar to this
  Wi-Fi Settings : 10.0.0.18
  When you enter those numbers (IP address) on your browser's search bar it will take you to the WebUI locally.
