Is grass height factored into the formula(s) for evapotranspiration?

Is grass height factored into the formula(s) for evapotranspiration?

If not, I believe it should be because low cut grass seems like it would allow the soil more exposure to the elements, thus dry out quicker.

I would think you could enter grass height when creating a zone and vegetation type is grass.

  The grass height it's a constant ( I think around 0.12m). Indeed the height has impact in evaporation but it also might increase plant transpiration. You can manage this by defining a Custom vegetation and reducing or increasing crop coefficient as you see fit.
