[Bug] Water Saved Report is different between web (browser) client and android client
Gathering FeedbackSubject says it all - here's an example.

Browser: https://drive.google.com/open?id=166kmWNI5PLR2NuLqtj-Nfvq_DcsYRy_F
There is one program with four zones; each zone is set to water a fixed interval of 40 minutes (Weather Adjusted Duration is set to Fixed). I have a hardware rain sensor enabled, and a single WUnderground weather station used as the weather input. Cycle and Soak is set to Auto. Rain Restriction is not set.

I've been thinking about the "water saved" calculations and I'm wondering if the browser client is right and the Android client is wrong....
How is the "water saved" calculation done when you have fixed watering times on all zones, and there have not been any pauses due to rain detection. Wouldn't the "water saved" be zero percent? (On the other hand, the "water used" on the browser client is zero - which is obviously wrong).
