Program Zone Updates not saving over iOS

I was attempting to update the % override on the suggested times for my program via the iOS app but they didn't save.  It looks like it has saved after I loaded the web controls.

  Can you please elaborate a little bit? What version of iOS RainMachine app are you using and when you did that you were connected locally on the same Wi-Fi network, or remote?
  We cannot replicate the issue on our side.
