Pro-16 DoA, where to return for repair/replacement?

I put through a support request (21906) back on the 1st Jan and while I got an initial response from tech support for debug measures, it's clear that the unit was DOA. (Or at least the part of the board that enables 24vac to the zone terminals). The device itself is otherwise working great, giving forecasts and adjusting the programs I've configured, the zone terminals just don't supply voltage. Unfortunately I haven't received any further replies to my support ticket in the last 3 weeks.
Can someone please advise how to return the device for repair/replacement?
Interesting note: The device shipped with fw 4.0.1041 which has since auto updated to fw 4.0.1067. That's significantly in-front of v4.0.926 that was the documented version on the website. (Includes functional Homekit support ^_^)
