Is there a way to automatically have a Touch HD-12 reboot periodically? This would be a great work-around to my issue where it periodically loses its WiFi connection or to solve other software issues.  This would be a nice feature to have to where I can have it reboot at a a certain every day, or once a week, etc.

  There is no easy way to do that. The best way is to find the root cause, try setting "Keep display ON but dim it after 2 minutes" in Settings > System > Display from unit UI and see if it improves WIFI issues. If the issue is not range/interference related I would try to get a replacement from our support.
