Does any RainMachine product have the ability to set conditional watering

An example is can the HD-12 (I have an HD-12 but open to new unit) allow a second program to run if there is no rain in the forecast, it is X day(s) of the week,  it is after 3 ~ 5 PM and the outside temperature is above XX (90) degrees. On my lawn in the hot months of Summer, the grass dries out if it gets too hot in the late afternoon.

  You can do this, but it will take a little bit of work.

  IFTTT supports RainMachine and every trigger you have (time, day of week, rain, temperature).  The problem is, IFTTT at the moment only supports a single trigger leading to the action (watering), and you need to use all 4.  We used to use a counter, that has been removed from IFTTT and some people used Stringify to get around this - which is being discontinued in a month.  I've heard people using apilio.io to create multiple triggers, and saw a web reference to imsmart.tech as well to do the same.  I don't have any practical experience with either, but from the documentation should be easy to do.
