Controller displays watering can - unresponsive

My controller displays a watering can with looping status lights underneath.  The controller is unresponsive to touch anywhere.  I've unplugged the controller and plugged it back in - with no change.  Any help would be much appreciated!

  I’m having the same issue. I’ve tried turning power off to the device for several minutes and restarting. Also tried resetting the device. Controller is unresponsive and only shows a watering can on screen.

  Hi, I opened a support case with them and they determined my unit needs to be replaced.  They sent me RMA instructions and I'm going through that process now.  I hope this helps!
