New Installation Pro - 16 - Upgrade from Hunter Pro c. Zones won't turn on.

Hello I have recently purchased Rain Machine Pro 16 to replace my old hunter pro c. after installation the zones would not turn on even though rain machine shows watering.
I have p/mv wire which I connected to \'M\', Com Wire which I connected to First C. Zones 1-16 are connected accordingly.

  If you have not make sure you enable "Master Valve" in the software. If we still have trouble, lets take a closer look to make sure the common wires are connected properly. 

  If you have any trouble, you can call support Monday-Saturday.
