Time Series in Web GUI Jumps Straight to 4 am
This is a weird one to describe. For parsers that can update the RainMachine every hour (like Wunderground or the WeatherFlow parser), the time series in Settings -> Weather tabs starts at 4 am, or maybe the first point is at 00:00 and the second is at 04:00.
So for example this morning at around 8 am I looked at the Web GUI -> Settings -> Weather -> Rain (Observed) tab and noted the first data point was at 00:00 and the second was at 04:00. Every following data point was at hourly points but with the incorrectly offset time, e.g. 05:00, 06:00 and so forth.
Curiously, now checking the same chart at 10:13 PM the first data point is now at 04:00 on the previous day and the next data point is at 04:00 today.
This feels like a simple graphing bug?
I'm in Boston, so EST if it helps.

I can narrow this down. The +4-hr offset is likely the EST -> UTC difference.
Moreover, this UTC bug seems to only crop up when running the Web GUI from a desktop (Chrome on either Windows or MacOS).
Timestamps are plotted correctly on my iOS devices, regardless of browser (Safari, Chrome, or the various "desktop browsers" apps you can buy, like the literal "Desktop Browser").
