@Austinbware, I have my Weather Underground (WU) connection working a-ok so let me ask you a couple of questions.

    1) Have you had the PWS associated with WU for very long?
    2) Did you recently apply for the WU API Key?

    3) Does your PWS information appear on the WU website when you access by your Station ID?

    4) If you already have your API KEY, have you tried it out to see if it actually works? Here's a URL to use to *fetch* your PWS information. In the 2 places I indicate below, Enter your own personal information (Station ID and API Key). Paste the URL in any Browser and you will see info for your PWS OR an error message. If you get an error, we can try and help you find the problem.

https://api.weather.com/v2/pws/observations/current?stationId=YOUR STATION ID GOES HERE&format=json&units=e&apiKey=REPLACE THIS SECTION WITH YOUR  API KEY

You URL will look something like this after you enter you information:
    https://api.weather.com/v2/pws/observations/current?stationId=KCASANFR1433&format=json&units=e&apiKey=abc12defg3456789h01ijkl234m567n8

    A-Weda,

Thanks for the trouble shooting steps.  Please see answers below:

    1) Have you had the PWS associated with WU for very long? Yes, over 2 years now.

    2) Did you recently apply for the WU API Key? I do have one of the "udpdated" api keys if that is what you mean.

    3) Does your PWS information appear on the WU website when you access by your Station ID? Yep.

I have not tried this before today, but when I do this, it does provide the info to me in text format.

I'm using the Android app but guessing that the iOS app is similar (haven't looked at the web version) but here are screenshots showing my setup for Weather Underground. If your setup is similar then I suggest that you Tap on the **Restore To Defaults** and re-enter your information.

If you are copy and pasting your API Key (which is easiest), make sure that you have no leading or trailing spaces when copying.

If all that doesn't work, maybe just clear storage cache/data in Settings/App for RainMachine or in iOS, logout then delete and re-download the app and set up again (hopefully that would clear the cache/data in iOS).

**Make sure if Deleting that your Zone watering setup IS Stored in the RainMachine Cloud. I wouldn't want you to completely lose everything!!!**

Sorry, I reread your post and saw that when you entered the WU API it did check out so maybe delete those entries and start over?

I'm not sure as of when.  However trying to do this through the mobile app will cause issues.  Login via browser and configure there.  I found that the mobile app was pre-pending a space for the weatherstation ID which was causing it to fail.  You cannot see this in the mobile app, and you cannot correct it there.  Check the same configuration through your desktop browser!

Good idea @Kamil P Keski! I was successful in setting up WU on July 24th after I installed/setup my Touch HD-16. The problem could also be on WU's side as well.

Good Luck to @Austinbware...hope something works out for you soon.

Well, this seemed to do the trick.  I deleted Weather Underground and re-did it in the desktop browser and it now appears to be working!  Thanks to everyone for their help and suggestions.
