Not able to log into my.rainmachine.com

I can log into the HD-12 locally using the IP address. I cannot log in remotely using my.rainmachine.com with the same password. I get "Error authenticating !" I can login via my Android phone.

  I think this has been solved. The bookmark I was using appears to be somehow out of date. It was to /web-ui rather than simply /ui. When I use the /ui, it works.

  For 1st generation Touch HD only /ui works. For 2nd generation Touch HD both /ui and /web-ui work, /ui will load the interface from your device and /web-ui loads the interface from our servers (might be faster).
