    Hi, Keith
We are investigating this issue on our server-side. We tested and we cannot replicate the issue.

Can you please try to disable the Wi-Fi on your iPhone and use only the 4G connectivity and then try again.
We need to rule out any local Wi-Fi connectivity issues.

Also, you may consider using our latest iOS Beta app - follow the steps described in this post.

Thank you for your understanding, Keith

If I disable the Wi-Fi on my phone, I can't connect to the machine at all (No RainMachines found).

I have TestFlight already installed and test other Beta apps (FYI, I'm a developer). When I clicked on the link in the post, I get "This beta isn't accepting any new testers right now".

    Hi, Keith
When you disable the Wi-Fi on your iPhone you should get your operator 4G data network. If you don't, then you have to enable the operator data from the iPhone Settings - Cellular. If you get the 4G internet connectivity the RainMachine iOS app should list your device as "remote access", like when you're away from home and you want to control your RainMachine. You have the remote access account set to your email address.

We will check the issue you get when you try to install the iOS RainMachine Beta application. Thank you for the heads up.

My iPhone cellular data works fine, and I have previously connected to the RainMachine app using "remote access", but right now it is not working.

    Hi, Keith
We will have to investigate this.
Can you access your RainMachine through https://my.rainmachine.com ?

    Thank you,

Yes, the website works, just the iOS app does not (via Remote Access).

I just deleted the app and reinstalled it and now it's all working.

    Yes, Keith
Thank you for letting us know.
Once you deleted the app and reinstalled it, the connection to our remote access server was reinitialized.

We're glad it is fixed now.
    Thank you for your patience.

I'm having this problem now. Deleting and reinstalling the app did not solve the problem for me.

I am getting push notifications but I would like to disable some of them. I'm unable to access the notifications page in the mobile app because it says "A remote access account is required in order to receive notifications." Remote Access in system settings says "Connection Status: OK."

iOS app 4.6.126(5) with RainMachine firmware 4.0.1163
