Rev2 stuck in Loading Rainmachine data loop

HD 12 Rev2, unit boots up, displays Loading Rainmachine data screen every 30 seconds. After 30 seconds of this it goes back to the original screen. Unable to edit anything or set up schedule. Wifi is connected, https://RAINMACHINE_IP:8080/api/4/ returns 500 error. Please help.
