Mini-8 "Rain Machine is Online" random notifications

I recently began receiving "Rain Machine is Online" notifications.  Happens at least once per day, sometimes more.  There have been zero notifications that the device went offline???

  Hi,
  Yes, we know about that. There is nothing wrong with your RainMachine or mobile app.
  We think we found the issue on the notifications server. We will try to fix it as soon as possible.

  Please ignore those notifications or just disable them from RainMachine mobile app Settings - Notifications - RainMachine is Offline/Online
