Not watering
Hi
Last year my RainMachine watered. This year it is not.
In the app under 'New Program' it appears to show no days with water...
In the Settings under Watering History is shows time under 'Scheduled', but none under 'Watered'.
Where can I look to fix? (I just sent diagnostics upload but there's no ID or unit ID to reference')

Hello David,
It seems like your RainMachine is not watering as much because it thinks that you have enough moisture in the soil. In order to reset this value, and force the RainMachine to water more often please follow the instructions below.
On your computer browser, please navigate to:
https://my.rainmachine.com
Once you're on the homepage:
-Click on 'Zones' on the top right side and then on the zone's name.
-Under Soil Water Surplus, click on View and Manage.
-Use Set To Maximum if you see your soil soaked wet and RainMachine shows no water surplus. (Watering too much)
-Use Set To Optimal if RainMachine displays more water surplus than your soil actually has. (Not watering enough)
We need to do this for each zone.

In the program, I have all days except Tue selected. It lists a total watering time for each day except Tue, with times against each zone.
Start time is 90mins before sunrise and that matches the 'Next watering cycle' on the home page showing tomorrow at 5:16AM.
But... I'm pretty sure the bottom graph "New Program", which is the name of the program, used to show bars when it was going to run. And ground is totally dry with history showing nothing ran.

I called support and this question was answered. For those wondering, it has rained a lot and so my setup was indicating it did not need watering.
To correct (and match my yard) I had to reduce the Zone field capacities to 1-1.5, Copy the program and delete the original and then Refresh the weather to have it calculate. We also slightly lowered the rain sensitivity to 65% from 80%.
Changing the soil types would also have lowered the field capacities too I believe.
