Spring Startup settings

So up here in Canada, we had over 3 ft of snow this winter.  Now that warmer weather has melted the snow, the lawn is really wet.  How can I tell rain machine that my soil is full, and I need ET to dry out my soil.?

  Using Web UI you can go to each zone settings and click on View and Manage below Soil Water Surplus. In the popup window click on SET TO MAXIMUM.
