Deleting a device
Looks through the community and couldn't find the answer. I had a Rainmachine at my previous address and left it. I moved to my new address and bought a new HD Touch. I set up the device on the app and everything looked ok. Today I turned on 'remote access" and the old device appeared. So now I have control of both. I thought I factory restored the previous device but I can see everything on the old one. How do you delete a device from an account?

That shouldn't happen. Maybe you forgot to Factory Reset the previous RainMachine device, because doing that will remove all data and remote access validation for that device, too.
It looks like the new owner didn't use remote access for his RainMachine and he is using it locally just fine.
We will need your remote access email address in order to check on our side. Also, the name of the previous RainMachine device.
