Rainmachine did not receive weather forecasts for at least 24 hours. Please check weather settings

    Any error shown in Web UI > Settings > Weather ? Can you send us the logs from Web UI > System > About > View Logs ? Does a reboot solves it ?

    You can access Web UI with a browser by going to device IP or from https://my.rainmachine.com.

    Good Morning,

    No errors from the web UI, mobile app shows "Success" despite not being updated since the 4th.  When i click on View Log, nothing happens, (its gray).   See the attached screen shots.   I've reset the device from web UI, as well as directly on the rain machine itself, no change.

    Can You please try the following?

    1. Power cycle: remove the AC/AC adapter from the wall socket, wait for 10 seconds and put it back in.
    2. Go to Settings / System Settings / Location and change location latitude or longitude by 1 digit after comma and press Apply.

    If after these 2 steps the weather updated, please send us the Diagnostics and let us know so we can investigate further.

    If this doesn't work, You have to reset the Rainmachine to defaults.

    I have unplugged and changed the longitude by 1 digit after the comma.  I am currently sending the diagnostics via the web UI.  It has said "Uploading log files in progress " for quite a while, but i'll leave it and see if the status changes.    I've checked the mobile app and it appears that the forecast has updated, it now shows 11 June 2020.   Hopefully it will continue to auto update.  Thank you for your help.
