In the zone settings I see a "Soil Water Surplus" option. When I click on view and manage I see a graph of what I assume to be the accumulated water in the soil. There are two buttons to set to maximum or optimal. Clicking them doesn't seem to change anything other than the graph re-rendering. How do I know what this setting is set to currently? How do I know what is going to change with this setting?
