UK Power supply
Firstly I would like to thank Rainmachine for adding HomeKit support and apparently selling their product in Europe. I have just some from visiting the website of another brand who shall remain nameless who have made zero effort to offer a legal version of their product in Europe.
I am however very disappointed to see that you still don't offer a proper genuine UK power supply. It is not acceptable to offer an EU power supply - even if you include a plug adapter.
- Using a 'travel adapter' with an EU power supply would obviously work from an electrical point of view but causes various problems
- It sticks out a lot more to the extent that it may not be possible to fit the power supply behind a cupboard or similar
- By sticking out more, it is more likely to get knocked with the risk of breaking the power supply
- The weight of the power supply can result in it slipping out of the plug socket
- Frankly it is an amateur solution and totally unacceptable for a permanent installation and Rainmachine should be ashamed at expecting their customers to accept this
See this picture to illustrate.

Now I could source and buy a suitable UK power supply myself but why should your UK customers be penalised? You are not going to discount the cost of your product to reimburse this additional cost are you?
Please contact your power supply supplier and resolve this issue.
Here is one example of a UK power supply that would seem suitable - https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/ac-dc-adapters/1391777/
I suspect you will also find that power supplies suitable for a Ring or Nest smart doorbell might be another option. https://en-uk.ring.com/products/plug-in-adapter-for-ring-video-doorbell-pro
It should be noted that Ring even before being acquired by Amazon did the decent thing and offered proper UK power supplies as standard.
