Runoff from buried driplines

In the "tree lawn" between the sidewalk and the street, we have subsurface drip-lines for the grass. Unfortunately, they run as programmed until there is substantial runoff, pouring down the street. I don't know how to modify this so that we don't waste water. Any assistance would be appreciated!

In terms of troubleshooting, about the best I can do is calculate how long it takes until the runoff begins: 15 minutes.

  You could enable CYCLE & SOAK in the program and split watering in multiple cycles with a desired soak time.
