Rainmachine Pro-8 stuck in a Loading loop

My machine worked beautifully for 2 months, and then it went offline. I went out to inspect the unit to find that it turns on, starts loading, then turns off again. Over and over. I've unplugged it, no change. I've reset it, no change. I unplugged it for 10 minutes, no change.

  Please hold the Reset button for 15 seconds and try to configure the unit again. If this doesn't work, send a ticket to customer support and they will follow up with a RMA.
