A comma (,) in the password/passphrase for WPA WiFi connection will prevent the rainmachine from connecting. A password without a comma connects fine. Technical Support tells me it will be 3-4 months before a fix can be made (after I spent all day yesterday troubleshooting and then isolating the problem). So now I have to go change all the passwords for many devices on my corporate secured WiFi to accommodate the rainmachines.
