Zones not working

When I run manually, none of the zones work.  My system is setup with a master valve on zone 1 that comes on with each zone (just like the manual wiring shows).  The master valve appears to be working fine.  I tested this by opening the small valves on my back flow valve to check that water shoots out when I turn on any zone.  I tested the voltage on the controller zones (terminals) and all zones read 0 Volts AC (between common and the zone terminal) when off and 27 V AC when I turn on any zone.  I would expect all zones except for the Master Valve (zone 1) and the zone I am testing to read 0 V AC.  However this is not the case.  For example when I turn on my first zone (Zone 2), the voltage between common and terminal 1 reads 27 V AC (this is the master valve - Zone 1).  The voltage between common and terminal 2 (Zone 2) reads 27 V AC as expected (however, nothing happens in the yard).  Voltage between common and all other terminals is also 27 V AC which shouldn't be the case.  Can someone please help with troubleshooting this as the system worked perfectly fine for an entire year.  Thanks.

  Can You please make the same measurements but with all the valve wires disconnected? It might be a wiring issue here.

  When You measure a started zone, only that zone and the MV( if enabled) shoudl read 27VAC. The rest should read 0V.
