2 Stations stopped working after rewire, voltage on off stations

Hello,

I have the 16 station controller, and everything worked great until I had to relocate some wires. I was able to get 11 out of 12 zones to work again. Recently it seems as though a second zone is no longer working. When I measure the voltage from the common to each terminal for each station, zones 1, 11, 14, 15, and 16 all have voltage. What's weird is it looks like when I'm measuring the voltage slowly drops from 32mV down to 20mV over time. I haven't held it long enough to see if it keeps goes down. It seems as though zone 16 is different with 15mV being measured -- even though all zones are off.

When I run zone 1, the voltage goes from 20mV down to 0. When I turn it back off it goes back up.

Anyone have any ideas here? There could be multiple issues here, so I hope its not too confusing?

  Hi Kevin,

   

  Can you please measure to voltage on each zone without the wires connected? In this way we can rule out any possible wiring issues. Remember that you should have voltage on the measured zone between the zone and the Common connector only when the zone is started. You should have around 24VAC.
