No reply on support requests?
Hi Team,
Not sure if there's an issue with the contact form, however I've had no reply on two tickets over 2-4 weeks. Any ideas?

See below:
Please go to Settings - Advanced - Password Reset and press Reset.
After that, go to Settings - Advanced - Factory Reset and press Reset.
After reboot, choose the Android/Legacy way to set up and go to iPhone: Settings - WiFi - connect to Pro AP .
Open the RainMachine app, tap on the device name and continue the setup.
