    We will look into this. I can't see any ticket associated with your e-mail address. Have you solved the issue?

    We confirm we have received it and we will follow up on the ticket.

    See below:

    Please go to Settings - Advanced - Password Reset and press  Reset.

    After that, go to Settings - Advanced - Factory Reset and press Reset.

    After reboot, choose the Android/Legacy way to set up and go to iPhone: Settings - WiFi - connect to Pro AP .

    Open the RainMachine app, tap on the device name and continue the setup.
