Reducing water by percent

I prefer to have the zones on a set time and not controlled by the weather forecast. I live in the Arizona desert and the temperature fluctuations are too extreme and I have a variety of zones (lawn, trees, plants etc).   There are time when I'd like to increase or decrease the watering by a percent for a few days rather than having to go in and reset times for each zone.  Is there a feature available that I can set to 50% watering until I reset to 100% for example? Thank you.

  Not directly, probably the best option would be to create another extra program that adds a percentage watering and enable/disable that program as you see fit. For example you can have your "main" program with zones duration set to 50% and another program with the rest of 50%. Both enabled normally. When you want to reduce watering just disable one of the programs.
