Taking this into our next planning. The frequency off/even will still be available (backwards compatibility) but odd/even will be added as a restriction.

Please implement this as my "restrictions" are water on Even or Odd days depending on house number.

Seems like they just don't get it. I switched to Hydrawise and it works fine for even/odd day restrictions.

It looks like the solution is to set Odd/Even under individual program (main menu "Programs").

To me this makes sense (or at least is not a problem). I also may use my Rain Machine for other things not covered by a municipal restriction e.g. filling a pool. If it is under a global restriction then it may stop my other permitted use. Also those restrictions may only apply between certain dates which makes putting the restriction within the "Program" not a bad choice.

However, I do see the user interface and workflow problem.

Any update on adding this restriction feature.  I see no option to enable this in the Programs area as per the original description by John.

So odd/even restrictions will work for me - our municipality is address last digit. So if its even you water even days, odd you water odd days. This in and of itself works fine. But I want nested restrictions.

We don't necessarily need (nor should be) water every available day. So, which I think the OP is trying to say, is that we want even/odd days, but we also need the ability to add more perimeters, Like water it only 3 days a week, on your odd/even day, or water a weekly cumulative amount (time or volume) but only on your designated day.

So having the ability to "build" restrictions, eg, nested restrictions, for programs is really quite a must. The software is already calculating/adjusting for weather, we need the ability to also add additional rules.
