Integration with Soil Scout - Advanced Wireless Sensors

The Soil Scout wireless sensor system provides Open API access to the sensor data:

The Soil Scout cloud system can also send email alerts when sensors detect an event that (1) falls within a range; or (2) falls outside of a range.

A customer has 1 or 2 sensors per irrigation zone, with 40 zones.  I would like to recommend that customer look at the Rainmachine tech as an option (obviously they would need multiple controllers).  Is it possible for the Rainmachine to access the soil sensor data through the Open API (REST), and then adjust watering a particular zone based on the soil moisture values?

  Hi, this is exactly want i want to do - connect a soil scout sensor for each zone to the rainmachine system. is that doable?
