Rain Restriction

I've searched a little and dug some into my programing options, but I don't see what I'm looking for by keywords (I could be totally missing it). At any rate, I need to program a restriction that rain machine doesn't run a program for two days after any rainfall. Does anyone have an idea on how to do that without me having to manually do it?

  It's not possible with the existing options, you something custom developed either using API or some other integration like IFTTT. The closest things are the QPF restriction on program (this won't start program if weather reports any quantity of rain) and Snooze for your duration using a Rain Sensor (but Snooze is applied to all programs).
