I am trying to upload my own version of Ambient Weather Parser but it fails.

I downloaded current community version by Seth Mattinen from github.

If I upload that file as it is then it works. If I change anything in that code, even a put a dot in the comment section at top of the file, will result in upload error. I do not see any thing in the log. In developer tools I see it returns 400 - Bad Request.

Plus, in developers tools I also get JavaScript error
