Hi,

I was using wifi to connect my Pro 8 to my TP-Link router.  When I changed to an EERO mesh system I could not connect Pro 8 to it.  Instead, I moved a mesh unit to garage and used ethernet to connect to mesh unit.  I could then access the Pro 8 with the iOS app when home.  However, I cannot remotely access the Pro 8.  Any suggestions?
